Sarasota and Bradenton's Most Highly Recommended Rodent and Wildlife Removal and Prevention Service!

Services We Provide

  • Pest Proofing - Improvements to your home which prevents rodent and other wildlife infestations.  This includes sealing entry points and repairing structural defects that allow entry.

  • Attic Decontamination - We apply an enzyme treatment to your attic insulation, trusses, sheathing, back side of ceiling and the AC ducting with high powered atomizers to return your home to a safe living environment. We also safely decontaminate wildlife infestations that occur in the living areas of your home.

  • Wildlife Trapping - Wildlife trapping for rats, mice, squirrels, raccoon, opossums, armadillos, bats and snakes.

  • Feces Cleanup- Our True HEPPA vacuums allow us to safely clean up rodent droppings inside your home and attic.

  • Attic Restoration - Extreme rat, mouse or raccoon infestations may require attic decontamination and restoration. This involves cleaning up all hazardous animal droppings, feces, fur and urine and removing all old infected insulation.  We then disinfect every surface of your attic or crawlspace with special enzymes and blowing in new higher rated R-30 insulation. This is very likely covered by your homeowners insurance due to the health risks of not addressing these issues.

  • Dead Animal Removal - When an animal dies in your attic or wall, the smell is repulsive. We remove the animal and supply you with the odor bags to quickly absorb the smell.

  • Snake Repellent - We disperse a snake repellent that will act as a wall which snakes do not want to cross.

  • Pre-sale Inspections - Are you buying or selling a house that had a rat/mouse issue in the past? We explain to you the severity and status of the problem before you buy. We do this free of charge just like any other inspection.
